Directions & Parking

Desert Diamond Arena parking locations open one hour prior to the event door time. Day of event parking is available in multiple Desert Diamond Arena lots including lots G, J, L, Yellow, Garage, South VIP, East VIP and West VIP (available on an event-by-event basis).

Pre-paid event parking provides patrons an expedited entry and exit into lots, parking with close proximity to the arena, and guaranteed parking on site until 30 minutes after the event start time. Pre-paid parking can be purchased through our individual event pages up to one hour prior to the event start.

Guests with mobile pre-paid parking should follow the directions to the specific parking lot. Guests without pre-paid parking should be ready to pay for event parking with credit cards only. Cash will not be accepted at lots.

Patrons with pre-paid event parking may access their existing parking reservations a number of ways:

• The Ticketmaster mobile app (if parking was purchased at checkout on Ticketmaster)
• The parking confirmation email that was sent immediately following purchase (from help@parkwhiz.com)
• By creating a ParkWhiz account (via ParkWhiz.com or the ParkWhiz mobile app) with the same email address the parking reservation was purchased under

All pre-paid parking passes are for one regular 12’x18’ parking space. Oversized vehicles must pay for as many spaces as the vehicle will utilize.

Accessible parking is available on a first come, first serve basis for guests with disabilities in arena lots G, J and Garage. These spaces, including van-accessible spaces, are designed for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. Disabled parking access requires pre-purchased parking permit or day-of-event fee upon entry of arena parking lot.

Desert Diamond Arena does not permit overnight parking.
