9x Grammy Award Winning Artist, Billie Eilish, is coming back to Glendale with Hit Me Hard And Soft: The Tour on Friday, December 13.

FAN PARTICIPATION:

Bring an empty reusable plastic or metal water bottle (20 oz or less) or donate for a custom RockNRefill Nalgene bottle to fill up at the free water refill station located at the venue. The RockNRefill bottles and refill station will be located at the Eco-Village on the main concourse at Section 106. Fight fast fashion by opting for thrifted, upcycled or borrowed clothes instead of buying new clothing to wear to shows.

SUSTAINIBILITY EFFORTS:

Billie Eilish will continue her long-standing partnership with environmental nonprofit REVERB on this tour, building on the success of previous efforts, which resulted in over $1 million donated to environmental, greenhouse gas reduction, and climate justice projects, more than 150,000 fan actions, and much more. Sustainability efforts on this tour will include reducing greenhouse gas pollution, decreasing single-use plastic waste, supporting climate action, and updating concession offerings to promote and encourage plant-based food options with Support+Feed.

The Billie Eilish REVERB Eco-Village will be set up on the main concourse at Section 106 where fans can take part in the tour’s sustainability efforts, connect with nonprofits and take meaningful action for people and the planet.

Consider carpooling or using rideshare to help reduce your environmental impact. Rideshare pickup and drop-off are located at Lot E for your convenience. Public transportation is also available as an alternative option.

Complimentary Shuttle Information

Join the effort to make the HIT ME HARD AND SOFT THE TOUR more sustainable.

There will be roundtrip Park and Ride shuttle services where guests can choose from convenient pick up & drop off locations to the concert on December 13.

One reservation is required per seat on the Park & Ride Shuttle.
One reservation covers BOTH your departure and return trip from Desert Diamond Arena.
Fans can reserve up to 8 seats per reservation on the shuttle for their group. Please only reserve what you plan on using in order to allow other fans to utilize the shuttle as well.

Pre-Paid Parking Required

Parking passes are paperless to allow touchless scanning from mobile devices at entry points. Parking can be purchased online prior to event day at Ticketmaster.com. Upon entry to the parking lot, present your mobile parking pass to the parking attendant for scanning.

Desert Diamond Arena events are mobile only ticketing. Your mobile device is your ticket.

Cashless Transactions Only

Desert Diamond Arena is a cashless transaction arena ensuring contactless options for food, beverage and merchandise purchases. Cash is not accepted and ATMs are not available on site. Card transactions only.

No Smoking Facility

To limit touchpoints, Desert Diamond Arena is a non-smoking facility. There will not be any indoor or outdoor smoking areas available for fan use during the event. Fans who exit the venue to smoke will not be permitted reentry into the venue. Cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, lighters, etc are strictly prohibited.
